If the hotel is online bookable: step 1: your reservation will be automatically forwarded step 2: you will receive a confirmation immediately. If the hotel is not online bookable: step 1: send your request to our Sales & Reservation Office, step 2: our staff will contact the hotel, step 3: our Sales & Reservations Office send the hotel´s offer to you within 24 hours, step 4: if the offer is suitable, send your comfirmation until the dead-line, step 5: your reservation will be reconfirmed in the hotel , step 6: the hotel will confirm your booking, step 7: you will get a copy of the confirmation immediately.
